Reese Witherspoon is celebrating the holidays the best way she knows how - by hanging out with her look-a-like daughter Ava Phillippe! The mother-daughter duo were looking almost identical in a sweet new selfie shared to the actress' Instagram account.
"Girls night out with my favorite daughter! (ok she's my only daughter but still)," Witherspoon captioned the shot. Both women were sporting red lip stick and coordinating all black ensembles.
Not only does the pair look alike, they're actually quite close, as well. Witherspoon was just 23-years-old when she had her now 20-year-old daughter. She recently opened up about what that experience was like for her Hello Sunshine production company.
“I’ve been a mom since 1999,” Witherspoon explained. “I got pregnant when I was 22 and delivered when I was 23. I didn’t know what it was going to do to my job, my career." It wasn't until after she welcomed her daughter that she realized her "entire life will change... everything you believe. Everything you eat. Every piece of independence you have. You can’t go out without thinking about another person."
Witherspoon is also a mom to two boys - Deacon Phillippe and Tennessee Toth.
